A new life is often a key moment to focus on your own maternal health & fitness. You may train frequently already or be new to exercise and view your pregnancy as the perfect time to be stronger, fitter and healthier as your baby develops inside you.
An ante & post-natal qualified trainer can help you adapt your training and set sensible fitness goals incorporating the physiological changes experienced during each stage of pregnancy. They will also be able to safely guide you to your return to fitness after baby’s arrival including assessments for abdominal separation following delivery.
